Thank you for choosing ICE. This policy outlines how we deliver our digital services and projects to you. As we provide technology services and custom software, our delivery process is entirely digital.

1. General Statement

MD Technologies provides digital technology services, including but not limited to custom software development, cloud & DevOps solutions, automation scripts, UI/UX design, and IT consulting. All services and work products are delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.

2. Order Confirmation & Project Kick-off

Upon successful purchase of a service, you will receive an email confirmation that serves as your receipt. This email will contain details of the service you purchased and payment information.

For project-based services (like Custom Software Development), our team will contact you within 1-2 business days via email or phone to schedule an official project kick-off meeting. In this meeting, we will discuss requirements, establish a point of contact, and set initial timelines.

3. Service Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary significantly based on the service purchased:

  • Consulting & Strategy Sessions: Typically scheduled and delivered within 1-5 business days, depending on mutual availability.
  • Automation & Custom Utilities: Simple utilities may be delivered within 3-7 business days, while more complex automation projects will follow a custom timeline.
  • Custom Software, Web/Mobile Apps, and Cloud Solutions: These are project-based, and the delivery timeline will be clearly defined in your specific Service Agreement or project proposal. Timelines are based on project milestones, not a single delivery date.

Any estimated timelines provided are good-faith estimates. We will communicate any potential delays or changes to the project timeline proactively.

4. Delivery Method

All services and work products are delivered digitally. The method of delivery will be appropriate to the service provided:

  • Source Code & Software: Delivered via secure private repositories (e.g., GitHub, GitLab) or as a secure digital package (e.g., .zip file) via email or a cloud storage link.
  • Cloud & DevOps Infrastructure: Delivery consists of provisioning the infrastructure on your cloud account (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and providing you with access, credentials, and documentation.
  • Consulting & Reports: Delivered via email (in PDF or document format) and/Tcl or presented during a scheduled video conference.
  • UI/UX Designs: Delivered via access to design files (e.g., Figma, Sketch) or as exported assets.

5. Project Communication & Updates

We believe in transparent communication. For ongoing projects, we will provide regular progress updates via email, scheduled calls, or your preferred project management tool. This ensures you are always aware of the status of your service delivery.

6. Acceptance & Revisions

Upon delivery of a project or milestone, you will have a "Review Period" as defined in your Service Agreement (typically 5-10 business days). During this time, you can review the work and request revisions based on the agreed-upon project scope. We will work with you to address any issues and ensure the final product meets your satisfaction.

7. Refund Policy
