Customers may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue through the end of your current billing period. For annual subscriptions, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 30 days of your annual subscription, you may request a full refund.
3. One-Time Consulting Services
For one-time consulting services, such as audits, process optimizations, or setup fees, payments are non-refundable once the work has commenced. A project is considered to have commenced once the initial kickoff meeting has occurred or our team has begun analysis of your provided materials.
